After several years of shopping and searching, my wife and I purchased a home in Vero Beach in June, 2010. Two thing we learned from this process: 1-Work with a buyer’s agent and 2- Phil Swis at Beneduce Realty is the buyer’s agent you want to work with.

We currently live in Pennsylvania, so this was not an easy task and required several trips to the Vero area,40-50 home visits, countless emails, photos and phone calls.

Through it all, Phil’s main concern was that we find the right home for us and that we were truly satisfied. Together we worked through some long days to see " just one more house " or search out a new area that might have potential. In the end, we did find the home that was right for us and as usual Phil continued to guide us through the process every step of the way. Many times Phil was our eyes and ears when we could not be there in person and we knew he was always looking out for our best interest. The piece of mind that that kind of relationship provides is priceless.

We look forward to becoming permanent Vero residents and having Phil for a neighbor and friend.
