Almost all the roads are paved and people enjoy their evening walks and bike rides. There are a number of small neighborhood parks. Sebastian government is by council-manager and aggressive code enforcement keeps the area and the property values desirable. The Sebastian area has two local full service hospitals providing personalized state-of-the-art medical and dental care.
